Where There’s Smoke, There’s BBQ Chicken

Where there’s smoke, there’s Huli-Huli Chicken. This is one of those great “only-in-Hawaii” foods. It’s Hawaii’s own version of barbecued chicken cooked with Huli-Huli Sauce (made with pure Hawaiian brown sugar cane along with soy sauce, fresh ginger and more). If you plan to drive up to the North Shore of Oahu, make sure you stop by the town of Haleiwa where you can experience this mouth-watering chicken.
